Refund eligibility depends on payment state, service lane, dispatch progress, partner preparation status, provider approval status, and the completion evidence available in platform records.

Failed online payments, unsuccessful dispatch events, or eligible service cancellations may be reviewed against audit logs, payment callbacks, and booking status before manual approval.

Refunds for completed services may be limited where fulfillment, handoff, or confirmation records show the task was successfully closed.
